Don't even bother to sign up for their free demo classes if you live in Hoboken. I signed up for their free demo classes in Hoboken, and both times they didn't even bother to show up. First, I called the key elements and signed up for the demo class in advance. And I received 2 text message confirming the demo. However, when I went to the class, a teacher didn't show up and the location was locked. There were 2 other parents and kids. We were all standing outside of the door for a while. After 15 minutes of the scheduled class time, one of the parents called and we found out it was cancelled. They said they will call everyone and reschedule; but nobody got any phone call, nor apology.
Because I signed up for two classes, I decided to show up for the second class in that week despite of the bad experience. It was a different location and pretty far away from our place, but I was eager to find out. When I went there 10 minutes early, nobody was there. And I inquired the space owner about the demo class and she said that Key element rents their space from them, but for that time, they didn't rent a space. I called the Key element from that location. The Key element said somebody who wrote down my demo class reservation didn't write anything down. They are so unprofessional!!!
Also, the Grove location is a joke. If you look at their pictures in their website and class schedules, it looks like they have a spacious space and there are many classes going on at the same time. It is NOT true. They have one decent size room and a tiny room next to it; so maximum number of classes they can have at the same time is only 2. Don't be fooled. Also, in their website, it looks as though they have many classes going on in Hoboken. It is NOT true. There are no classes going on in Hoboken.
There are many other language classes in Hoboken, and they are more reliable than the Key Element. read more
