They ultimately pulled out at the last minute and left me high and dry. luckily I had an =other lender waiting and we are closing. If you have 10 extra days for your deal to close and you want to see if they fund your deal, this lender could be an option. If you need lender to do what they say they can do and when they could do it, this is not your lender.
