I had an issue with what I…read morethought was my front left brake pad being worn out, but Shawn helped me deduce that it was actually my back left, figured out with me what to do to get the issue resolved, which is due to a motorized parking brake issue with this year of my car. Sergio was awesome with helping me return the brake pads I got, and made sure I knew the proper course of action to continue. Both are absolute class acts, 6/5 actually but 5/5 because that's as high as it lets me go. Whatever y'all are paying them, it ain't enough haha

I ordered the parts and a battery online for pickup in store. They pushed my order to say it was completed but I received a call explaining despite it saying completed they were waiting for 2 of the pieces to be delivered from another store and that they would call me again when it arrives. I appreciate them doing that. Once all the parts were there I went to pick them up, it was an easy and quick process. The next day when i went to return the old battery to be recycled we need a bolt we lost and asked for help and the guy working the counter flat out said he could not help/assist us and sat down. That was a bit disappointing but we found what we needed. I'd for sure adventure out to other auto part stores as I've always been helped or given some kind of assistance when I ask. Not the worst experience but could have been better.

It's a little hard to get to with the construction- but I'm hoping it'll be finished by the end of the season. I waited in line for a quick service oil change for a bit before anyone noticed me. I interacted with two employees- one was a woman who was a 10/10 and had amazing customer service. The other was a gentlemen who directed me while pulling in my car, he gets a 3/10 because well he was rude. Had I not interacted with him I would've given this place 5 stars. I was given the option to stay in the car or go inside, I was pressed on time so I waited inside. It took about 15/20 minutes from the time I pulled in to when I left. There was a coupon online which brought my oil change to about $70, seemed a little high but at that point it didn't bother me- I assume they charged what was needed. If you're in need of quick service oil changes this could be a solid option.
