Debit card issue's (obee credit union wide) couldn't access my cash from this primary account while on vacation with no time line of a solution. I have also received fees prior while using shared branching atms. A lot of miscommunication with different employees when I was making account changes. Overall if you are looking for a primary credit union for everyday banking I would not recommend ! -out dated online banking -no access to Zelle -does not honor shared branching atms

They have placed erroneous remarks on my credit report for 4 years even though I have never had an account with Twinstar. Now they are trying to collect on a loan that never... NEVER existed. It was never issued. There was never a loan application. There were never funds distributed. There was never a payment made on this fictitious loan. Only inaccurate reporting to the credit bureaus. This is absolutely insane. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! You cannot believe how time consuming and expensive it is to fight this type of thing. It is a crazy surreal experience which makes you realize how little control you have regarding your personal information in the information age.

It's great to know that one person had a positive experience at the Yelm branch in 2021! I have no…read moredoubt that the people at this branch are wonderful to deal with, but I have found this credit union overall to be problematic. The online banking system is horribly clunky, and the availability of customer service reps is really limited. If you're retired and do most of your banking in-branch, and you are available all day to make phone calls during bankers' hours, then ACU is probably fine. But for most of the rest of us, I'd say doing business with a more established credit union is a better way to go. Keep up the good work, Yelm branch! I may have to visit you someday. Unfortunately, my interactions with the folks at your headquarters have left a bitter tase in my mouth.
