In addition to that, he broke our lovely and irreplaceable '50s Murano chandelier and damaged one of the Ikea pieces. When I contacted the company to ask if they could somehow refund the damages through their insurance, they said that I was lying and that their technician denied breaking anything! How convenient, and these are people who get into your home and touch your things for a job! Do not use them and spread the word please!
