Last time I went to have my teeth cleaned they butchered my gums, and I never bled so much in my…read morelife. I thought well maybe I'm aging and my gums are just more sensitive. Anyway, I had an appointment today and I called them as I was on my way to let them know that I was running late. They told me that they could see me if I arrived by 10 after. I walked in at 1:11 PM. I stood there and waited for a minute as she told me that she was going to check to see if they would still see me today. After waiting a minute or two, she told me to have a seat, after another minute, she told me that I could not be seen today and I would have to reschedule. I replied by saying that on the phone she told me that if I arrived at 10 after I could be seen. I also said that I'm a traveling healthcare worker and I can only be seen on Mondays. I said I have rescheduled this appointment three times Because of my job and I really need to be seen today. She told me if it was so important for me to be seen today then and I should've been early and time. I said, i'm sorry, but I was working in the yard since it was a nice day and I lost track of time. I again stated that I arrived within the allotted time and I don't understand why they can't see me today. The receptionist's coworker turned around and said actually you arrived at 1:12 PM. I responded that according to my phone it was 1:11 PM when I walked through the door, (but when I arrived in the parking lot it was 1:10pm). The receptionist pointed to the door and said you can leave now. I responded by saying I will never be back if I leave. The receptionist responded saying, "good and we won't miss you.! " What is wrong with these people?

I have had good experiences with this practice. They've decided to go out of network with my dental…read moreinsurance - totally a fine decision. I went for a cleaning today and my hygienist was angry and rough. She spent the entire time berating and bullying me. I tried to gently joke and let her know I was on her side and I wasn't averse to seeing what my out-of-pocket would be, but she just kept going on and being rough. I wanted to bring this up with the dentist - I'm a patient not a health insurance plan - but she didn't really speak to me and rushed out afterwards. I didn't even receive the complimentary toothbrush. I decided to call and let them know that they were not inspiring loyalty with this type of tactic. The office manager was defensive and kept talking over me. I hung up and I won't go back. Wow. So unprofessional. Medicine should focus on the patient, not how much money you can wring out of them. Regardless of insurance plan, if you're going to treat someone, do it with kindness and respect.

1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I should've followed my gut and…read morecanceled my appt after reading the other reviews... I went in for my first appt with this dentist, for a routine cleaning, and will not be returning. Their practices are unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. While getting X-rays, there was no protective vest and the tech stayed in the room (very unsafe for the them as well). Once the dentist came in to "look over the X-rays", he did not even look at the X-rays, didn't show me them, and didn't even mention them at all. He just looked at my teeth, and said everything looked good. Even after I brought up recent sensitivity I've been having with one of my front teeth, he asked if I'd ever had braces and blamed the sensitivity on having braces (I got the braces off 11 years ago...). The dentist was doing the cleaning himself (uncommon but okay) and only used used the sharp pick that sprayed water out of it and scraped and poked at my gums extremely aggressively which made them bleed a lot more than usual, left two red sores on the back of my gums where my wisdom teeth used to be, and then heavily scraped the pick back and forth against the front of my teeth (almost feeling like he was trying to cause damage). All while never picking up his little mirror to even see what he was doing to the inner side of my teeth. He left the room in the middle of my cleaning to work on another patient across the hall who I heard hysterically sobbing in pain and him and the tech were telling her to be quiet and to get through that part and the rest would be numbed. After he finished my "cleaning" he said the tech would then polish my teeth. She ended up pulling out a paste and said "I'm going to put this on your teeth now, it's mint" and she didn't tell me in was fluoride until I had to ask her what it was. She wouldn't have even told me or given me the option to do fluoride or not if I hadn't asked... and then she just smeared it on my teeth with a little brush (did not use the polisher tool once) and left it globbed on just the front of my front teeth, not even on any of the canine teeth at all. Left it like that and said I was free to go. Overall worst and most unsafe, unethical, unprofessional experience I've ever had at a dentist's office. So bad I've even considered reporting them to the board.

Worse dentist I've ever gone to. Appt was for cleaning n check up. They did x-rays, he came in told…read moreme his name, foreign, said come back 6 mo. Didn't look in my mouth. On his way out of room I asked if he could file my chipped tooth, he said you need a crown we will submitt it to ins get back with you, out he went. My cleaning was not a cleaning hygenist put toothpaste on instrument brushed my teeth, and fluoride, I got in car my gums were black. I cried all the way home. I was given list of dentist who accepted my ins, Aetna PPO/hmo they were on it. I got a bill, because this dentist came and other one left, my ins is not accepted. I cancelled my appt for 6 mo. I would not recommend anyone to go there, I'm 74 and have never had such bad experience at any Dr or dentist like this. I wouldn't even take my dog, cat or a rat to that dentist. Thank you for asking.
