Owner (?) stated upfront may not be cheapest in town but guaranteed my mother would be happy w/results. They were thousands cheaper than other contractor contacted, gave initial general/basic quote then firm quote when viewed job in person. Only couple hiccups, which were immediately & fairly fixed, so very happy with results. Hiccups: communication between office & owner/foreman when comes to scheduling & return calls not necessarily made by office girl; she was very nice, helpful overall. Grass on sides of driveway cut out & not replaced till called. Couple spots needed addtnl cut made. ALL concerns taken care of quickly & to our complete satisfaction. Everyone we dealt with very courteous, helpful, understanding even when concerns, sm. issues arose. Will use them for other work if arises.

The pad I had him pour was not proper level and out of square. Out or square forced my carport to…read morehang over, looks tacky. He tried to explain that the out of level was to drain properly to the street which I understand, east to west, the water drains south to north not towards the street but puddles on the steel legs of my carport. The level is off 8 inches from south to north, so my carport ended up losing 8 inches of height and was charged extra to remove 8 inches from every leg on north side. The driveway edges were not troweled correctly, ended up all cracked and he came back to fix but already cracked off again, very tacky. They poured concrete on my existing concrete and let it dry, staining the concrete and looks very tacky. They cleaned their wheel barrels in the middle of my yard, along with all the sand and cigarette butts I had to clean up after them. My driveway was left a muddy mess from their power wheel barrels and again had to spend a whole day power washing it myself. Splattered concrete that won't power wash off all over my garage door and driveway along with scratches/dents from the demo and damaged the edge of my existing garage floor. The entry way to my carport pad has leaves dried into and deep marks left in it to dry. I told him I wanted it to match my existing driveway and he broomed it anyway, but did a sloppy job brooming it as well and left leaves and sticks that left surface marks. Broom lines are not straight and leaves were just broomed in as well not removed. He also demands payment at beginning and then before the job is finished... now I see why! Don't bother with this guy! Once it's dry it's too late, don't make my mistake, pay after he is done NOT before! Better yet just find a professional as he is NOT.

Highly recommend you do not deal with Fred the "Sales Manager", he has got to be one of the worst…read moresales people I have ever spoken with. He is short tempered with no resolve, very hateful, and belittles you when he doesn't like the fact that someone is calling out the company for poor work done. I would like to speak to someone different but Fred insists that he is the only human in his office that can be spoken to for any reason. Moral of the story, look for another company. Would 10/10 edit this review if someone besides Fred called me back and had the decency to speak with me like a valued customer opposed to a trash can. Will never recommend this company due to breach of contract.
