What could have been a very stressful experience turned into a positive one because of the outstanding care I received from the entire team. Dr. Lilivette Gomez, DMD was exceptional. She was compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Most importantly, she took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood my diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps. Her professionalism and calming demeanor immediately put me at ease. I would also like to recognize Gianni, the dental assistant, for being so thorough, efficient, caring, attentive, and supportive throughout my visit. What really stood out was how seamlessly Dr. Gomez and Gianni worked together as a team. Their communication, coordination, and attention to detail made the entire process run smoothly and ensured I received exceptional care every step of the way. Additionally, Jorge, the dental X-ray technician, was excellent--professional, patient, and efficient. The entire staff at Dr. Feins' practice deserves praise. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely concerned about my comfort and well-being. They were also fantastic in helping me navigate my insurance coverage and handling all the administrative details, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received and highly recommend Dr. Feins' office to anyone looking for a compassionate, professional, and highly skilled dental team. Thank you to Dr. Gomez, Gianni, Jorge, and the entire staff for turning a dental emergency into such a positive experience. Highly recommended!

I have been going here with my husband and son for years and I will be leaving the practice because of her. Too bad because I love Dr Gomez whom I have been seeing for the past several years. Very very disappointed and angered by the lack of regard for my son's situation. And just kept saying no we don't deal with any other lab which to me is an insane for any medical practice. Oh and kept saying we're a dentist but dentists are doctors and they have oral surgeons (aren't they doctor too)? I'm so upset that my heart is pounding out of my chest from this experience. To be told flat out NO we can't send your sample to any other lab but the one we use.

When I called back I was informed by the receptionist that because I was seeing Dr. Cho for a "syndrome", Dr. Cho told the receptionist I would be denied in network benefits and I would be required to pay $350 for an initial consultation. I confirmed with the receptionist that patients who did not see Dr. Cho for a "syndrome" would be entitled to in network benefits. I was told that Dr. Cho would keep my appointment for 11/28/23 if I paid $350 in cash instead of affording me the ability to use my in network benefits. Dr. Cho could have easily stated that he does not treat my condition of Ernest Syndrome. However, he chose to still see me and take advantage of a patient trying to get out of pain for $350.
