Throughout every step of the process, he has been knowledgeable, compassionate, honest, and incredibly responsive. He always took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we understood our options. We never felt like just another case - we always felt heard and genuinely cared for. After working with him for over two decades, I can honestly say we are deeply grateful for everything he has done for our family over the years. If you're looking for an attorney who is exceptionally skilled, fair, trustworthy, and truly dedicated to his clients, I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Marty, I have been…read moremind blown that after the year or however long it has been that Jill trayer has ran you through the ringer.... that you had the nerve to expect a payment. You should seriously never take family law on.... after my trial is over. I will be telling my story, and my main focus will be to make sure no one makes the decision to put there trust in your hands. I will be contacting the bar, every single review possible, and reaching out to every attorney possible that handles this to handle this. I have every text, email, and have written out my perspective backed up on my I cloud. I don't want even a dollar back..... but the amount of time I lost with my daughter I will give it everything that I have to make sure you don't do this to anyone else. The amount of time I've spent with my new attorney makes it ridiculously clear how this process was supposed to have been done. You honestly should be ashamed of yourself. You're overall not only terrible in family law.... but you're an absolute terrible person. Shame on you

Even when the US Social Security office is fighting you and not doing their job, closing your case wrongfully after you file your application, all things that were done to me, Attorney Badame stuck by myside and helped me get my case back open and win my case against the US Dept. of Social Security. Paul Badame represented me through the SSD process that lasted two full years. The process was…read moreunexpectedly extended due to COVID-19. My case was initially denied & appealed with a hearing. In the SSD world, a denial with an appeal is usually expected unless there's an automatic diagnosis. Paul & his associates have always remained attentive towards my questions/concerns during these 24 months. Paul is an experienced professional, but one that carries a humane & empathetic personality (this is rare to come by in the legal world). He remained confident & secure during any challenges that the case was faced with. The final decision was an approval of benefits. I highly, highly recommend this team to anyone desiring SSD representation.

I'm very disappointed with my experience with this firm…read more I initially started my trademark application on my own and worked through multiple USPTO refusals until there was only one issue remaining. At that point I was advised that the response would require complex legal wording and that attempting it myself would likely lead to another refusal. Based on that advice, I hired this firm and paid over $5,000 for them to prepare and file the response. Before proceeding, I was told by one of their attorneys that she was "99.9% confident" the issue would be resolved and that the trademark would move forward. Unfortunately, after the response was filed the trademark was refused again. During a follow-up call with the head attorney, I was told that the examiner had withdrawn the original refusal and issued a completely different refusal based on descriptiveness. I was then told that the chances of success were now low and that continuing the process would require multiple additional responses and several thousand dollars more in legal fees, or potentially starting the application over entirely. What made this particularly frustrating is that much of the evidence they are now recommending to prove "acquired distinctiveness" had already been shared with them earlier. My product has been on the market for over three years with more than 50,000 units sold, multiple videos with millions of views, and significant public recognition linking the product name to my brand. After already investing more than $5,000 and being told the chances were now low and that significantly more money would be required to continue, the situation felt very discouraging. To their credit, the attorneys were polite during our conversations and did acknowledge my frustration. However, the overall experience left me feeling that expectations were set far too high at the beginning and that the process ultimately became far more expensive and uncertain than initially presented. Because of this experience, I will likely be seeking another trademark attorney to continue the process.

This compensatory education fund has helped him with intensive therapy and this has led to some improvement in reading and language. Now the school district and their devious lawyers are afraid I will get my lawyers at Litman Law again if they continue to keep lying and hiding records. Seems many school districts do this now, and Litman Law was experienced in dealing with this problem. No other lawyer I spoke to seemed to be as aggressive, Some other lawyers talked of being friends with school district lawyers or that they were once the lawyer who represented schools against parents. I trust Litman Law, and they have also worked on my estate plan with a special needs trust for my son. Their fees were well below some other law firms, at $350 an hour, and they accepted my charge card. I got my fees reimbursed by the school district in full, and got mileage points. Litman Law asked that I get all my son's school records first and then call them for a free 1/2 hour appointment. Once I discovered how much the school district was hiding from me about my son, I will never do this again with Litman Law. They met with me at night and could always be reached by telephone to answer questions. If you need a lawyer for a child with special needs, Litman Law is the best call you'll ever make.
