She would pace and pace all day until she collapsed, exhausted. It was terrible seeing her like that and she'd had a recent appointment to our regular vet, and they recommended I put her to sleep, but according to their guidelines, I wouldn't be able to go in with Chloe. I wasn't okay with that. I needed to be there with my little girl. So, I called around and found this wonderful clinic that said I could wait in the lobby while they prepared Chloe for euthanasia, and then I could come in and hold her while they administered the final dose. That was my best option, so with a heavy heart, my sister drove us over there, I was crying the whole time and kissing Chloe. Anyway, they gave me as much time as I needed with Chloe in a private room and then they gave her a shot to sedate her and said she won't be waking up again. So, the crying continued, but I was ready to let her cross the rainbow bridge and be with my 47yo husband, who passed the year before. She had her head on my shoulder as they gave her the final shot into the port in her paw and within 5-10 seconds, she stopped breathing. They let me hold her until I was ready to let go. This is so difficult to write because it feels like I'm going through it again. A few weeks later, I received a plaster circle with Chloe's paw print and her name on it. Everyone at this clinic was super nice, understanding and accommodating to my specific needs, while following Covid guidelines. I truly appreciated it.

Several neighbors recommended Marion Animal Hospital for both service and cost. They were still taking Covid precautions so i drove up and gave them a call. It was pouring rain and i was 15 minutes early so I expected to be sitting in the parking lot for quite some time. A very nice friendly lady came out in about five minutes and exchanged my dog with some paperwork. In less than 10 minutes after that i was shocked when she came back with my dog who already received a nail trim, rabies shot and Brevecta and did not seem unhappy at all. She took my payment and we were headed back home within 15 minutes. I gotta say i was more than pleased with drive up dog care.

I started seeing Dr. DeCola for my two dogs and I loved her gentle and caring nature with my dogs and her willingness to spend enough time to give a thorough exam and answer any questions. I highly recommend her. About two weeks ago one of my dogs who had a long and active life needed end of life care. He took a quick downward turn and he and I needed to see a vet right away. Dr. DeCola wasn't available, but Dr. Harter was. I knew this would be a final goodbye to my beloved dog and I was very emotional. Dr. Harter agreed to see me and my dog asap. When we got to the office Allie, one of the vet techs, took us into a room and explained our options. She was so compassionate and caring. She was so good to my dog. Then Dr. Harter came in and answered any additional questions and explained the procedure and what to expect. Dr. Harter allowed myself, my daughter and my daughter-in-law to have as much time to say goodbye as needed. Dr. Harter was so gentle with my dog and so loving. Her manner was very comforting and I felt like my dog and I were in safe hands. She allowed myself, my daughter and my DIL to stay in the room and comfort my dog, even after he had left us. I would highly recommend Dr. Harter, Allie and Pet's Choice Animal Hospital.

He is a rescue and extremely protective of himself, so vet visits are not easy. From the moment we walked in, I felt completely at ease. The clinic is incredibly clean and well maintained. Every single staff member is professional, patient, and calm, which matters so much when you have a high-stress pup. They take extreme caution and handle Tyson with so much care and respect. Dr. Fritz is truly the best vet I've ever been to. He walks you through every single step, explains everything clearly. His staff provides transparent, detailed pricing breakdowns before moving forward with anything. I never once felt pressured or upsold, which is rare and so appreciated. If you have a rescue, an anxious dog, or just want a vet who genuinely cares and operates with integrity, this is your place. We're so grateful we found them.

It was super clean as well, which was appreciated since the last vet place we had gone to had residue leftover on the scale.

This is the 3rd time I have brought my dogs in for either well checks, or one sick visit, and will not be back. McGuire, the Vet, hurried in and out, exam of my dog was quick and left me with the feeling she was not interested, as was the vet tech. What McGuire did show great interest in was, again, pushing $1500 dental cleaning for a 5 YO pup. They are expensive, you must use their pharmacy and not Chewy which is less expensive for the exact same flea/tick protection. Just another money grabber. Miss our previous vet we had before the relocation who consistently showed interest. They are remodeling the entire clinic so I guess they need to make money, high volume, quick visits but not on my dime.

I felt awful calling so close to their close time but the lady that answered the phone assured me it was perfectly fine and to come on by. Our normal place of care is Banfield as we have a monthly plan with them, but they were booked up. They didn't try to get any extra tests/labs to get more money out of us or anything like that and recommended antibiotics and steroids to calm the symptoms down. Within a day our dogs paw was better and she wasn't limping anymore. The exam fee was $98 and we paid $151 in total. I really appreciate taking the time to help us so close to closing and paying attention to details. The staff treated our dog with exceptional care and lots of love. We've been taking our fur babies here for 6 years.Communication from the girls at the front desk…read morehas always been a little lacking. It was okay because we felt that Dr Rodriguez was very informative. He was never very loving to our babies but that was okay. One month ago we dropped our 12 yr old Shepard mix off for reverse sneezing and a running nose.Dr writes it off as allergies.A week later it continues and she became lethargic.Went back to Dr. He does an xray and camera in her nose.Tells us could be fungal, foreign body or cancer. He suggested a CT scan, referred us to a specialist. 48 hours later and the order was never sent. After multiple calls to push the order the scan is finally done.Dr will call once results were in.We got results the following Tuesday via email from specialist.Ended up having to call them to get results a few days later.Dr said we need a biopsy.Opted for a fungal test instead(less invasive and less costly)Process of elimination.Brought her back for test on Fri.Thurs, no call. Our dog started pouring blood from her nose.Called panicked, was told rudely by a lady in the office"Well, I guess you should bring her in".Found out then that they had the results since Mon.We didn't understand why we weren't informed. We rushed her in. Dr insisted he had called us and that it had gone straight to VM.We had no missed calls and no messages were left.We let him know how the office had treated us.He said he'd handle it.He stopped the bleeding, told us the fungal came back negative and this was most likely cancer. We were devastated. We brought her home completely broken hearted and prepared for the worst.Sunday seizures started. If you've experienced seizures, you know how upsetting they can be and how hard on the body they are.We called Monday morning.Spoke with Dr who told us to come pick up anti seizure meds right away, they would be ready immediately.Rushed over, was told by the ladies in the office that they weren't ready and to have a seat.Waited for about 10 minutes and then was told they did not have the meds in office but that they could call them in to our pharmacy.I said that was okay and headed over to ensure it was rushed.Waited at pharmacy for 30 minutes. They still hadnt received them.I called the vet in tears and asked if they could rush the script.Response from office:"I don't know what you want me to do.I can't just pull a tech from another customer to fill your script" I said okay but please hurry she is still seizing.I head home to wait and be with her.Another 40 minutes goes by and the pharmacy still has nothing. The pharmacy says theyll call to get a verbal.Call goes straight to VM.Turns out they closed for the rest of the day for training. At this point, I'm a mess.My baby is suffering and I have no help from the people I had trusted. My husband goes to the vet and knocks on the door.A tech answers,he explains. She apologizes, says she'll take care of him and puts him in a room. Dr Rodriguez comes in about 10 min later yelling "What are you expecting!?" Husband with tears in eyes explains he feels we were put on the back burner, we needed help and he doesn't understand why the script wasn't sent.Dr R continues yelling saying everything he has done for us.We have paid outrageous amounts of money to this man over the past month and past 6 years. He then yells "What do you want from me?!" Husband says "I just want the script for my dog"Dr gives it to him proceeds to follow him out of the office yelling the entire way. Hubby heads back to the pharmacy to find out Dr didn't fill in the quantity. He then had to go back and face the horrendous situation again. At 2pm we finally got the meds into our baby and get control of the seizures. She has had 4 in less than 18 hours. When you are dealing with end of life treatment for your babies,I highly recommend a vet and office staff with compassion.I honestly can't believe we were treated this way.Especially during such an emotional time. When it comes to vets,I recommend anyone but this one.Our babies already have a new doctor.
