Reasonable rates with several payment options. Cons - Once the retainer was paid it became nearly impossible to reach Joe. A Senior Associate was assigned to assist with our sons case. Said associate was dismissive, arrogant, condescending, and unprepared. From the initial conversation it became clear this associate was exactly the opposite of what we wanted in an attorney. Every attempt to reach Joe through his Office Manager and/or Legal Assistant was unsuccessful. It took nearly a week and a follow up call for the docket to reflect a substitution in legal council.
