I figured it would be the next business day before I heard back. But he had it figured out after calling corporate in less than 2 hours. And I had a call back from him telling me the issue was resolved, that I would be getting a credit on my next bill for the mistake, and the amount I would be paying from here on out. The only thing State Farm is good at is price. I realized after a couple calls to State Farm I had made a huge mistake. But the reduction in premium kept me with State Farm. Basically I knew after a scheduled phone call that the agent with State Farm was not prepared for and my tolerance for her lack of preparation, communication and scoring an "F" for customer relationship did I decide I was done. I was embarrassed to call Jeremy and ask if he would take me back. Jeremy is seriously the best! Yes, I knew my premiums would increase, but I also knew the increase in premium would mean having a relationship with an agent that scores an "A+++" in customer relations. He immediately noticed numerous errors on my homeowners policy and coverages I didn't need, and coverages that should have been there.
