S P L E N D I D. Very tasteful and super tender ! Njammie !! The cold cuts (= charcuterie) are - in our eyes - better for snacks. We bought some 'oma's koek' (too firm), américan prepare (we must still taste it) and some strassbourg. To summarize : it's hard to find such a special and good meat. So when I do eat meat, I prefer to get my cuts fresh from the butcher rather than the supermarket. Scaldis doesn't disappoint! Favorites include witte pensen and entrecote!
