I live next door to one of their customers. They do not seem to know how to operate string trimmers. They have repeatedly chopped down plants along the split-rail fence. Under the rail may be debatable, but they have destroyed plants clearly on my side of the fence. The whole point of the plantings was to minimize or eliminate trimming. They scalp everything. read more

Today he cut our little strip in front of the parking area, slid off the curb with his big riding mower and hit my Jeep. He denied hitting it with the mower even though my husband saw his mower fall off the curb. He then started at the other end away from my Jeep, which he's never done before. I have pictures of the damage and of the grass where he turned the mower after hitting my Jeep. He told me that without proof, he refuses to even acknowledge that he did anything. There are no cameras in our shopping center. Honestly, if he'd owned up to making a mistake, I wouldn't be nearly as pissed. Hopefully, the damage will be easy to fix, but I shouldn't have to fix his lack of judgment by using a mower that was too wide for the area.

Perfect Paver

The workers and home office have impressed me greatly. All are professional and want the end…read moreresult to be excellent. Communication with me was great throughout my project which included a large number of pavers and a large stamped-concrete driveway. Soon after the work was completed I had concerns as there were some areas of polysand failure, and I observed white areas on the driveway that had been tinted and sealed. But the company offered to come back in a few months to fill any areas needing polysand, and they offered to add more tinting to the driveway if necessary and to re-seal the driveway. This will satisfy all of my initial concerns. I'm very impressed with their willingness to make their customers overjoyed at the outcome. There were 2 teams performing this large project. The first team did the paver repairs. The before-after pictures I include show the uneven pavers are now perfectly flat (and clean). The work for the 2nd team was faster than what the manufacturers recommend on their websites. However the company has been in business for many years and they assured me that they have successfully done this work in even hotter temperatures in Florida, and they always apply sealer to pavers right after applying the polysand. They used Accel polysand for the pavers. I especially respect and am grateful for this 2nd team, Jake and AJ, who worked through 90+ degree heat and very high humidity. Although my property has many trees, it was still potentially dangerous and definitely uncomfortable.

We had a fairly large home job that involved pressure washing, sanding, and sealing. We accepted…read moretheir quote because we believed they had a good reputation. After it was done, there were all kinds of problems. We appreciated the fact that two experienced guys came out quickly to assess and try to correct the sealing. What we did not appreciate is that they told us the other guys were new at this. Was an $8,000 project not enough for the A-team? The guys who came out to fix it, tried another coat of sealer. Also didn't work. They called a guy in Florida who "knew everything about sealers". They tried another product and it seemed to work. However, some of the sloppy work from the first sealing still shows. Every time I'm out there, I see the lines on the pavers from the first attempt. We thought we had done our research in good companies. It apparently wasn't enough.
