Leo showed up faster than I could scream "spider!" With a smile and a can-do attitude, he made quick work of my eight-legged intruder. Not only did he save my sanity, but he also took the time to explain everything--turns out, not all spiders are out to get me (who knew?). Now I can confidently enter my living room without performing a dance of terror. If you need pest control and a good laugh, Leo's your guy! Five stars for turning my arachnophobic nightmare into a comedy routine!

I've hired him two times so far (one a year ago and this year) and he is always answers his phone which is great. I feel nowadays I am used so leaving voicemails and getting a response days after- that's not Leo. He is usually able to schedule me within a day or two which is extremely convenient, especially when you are going through a pest infestation like I was. Also Leo has been punctual at all our appointments. Leo has sprayed for ants and fleas on the outside of my home and I can say the results have lasted. His prices are reasonable so i will continue to hire Leo for any future pest control needs.

Robert was able to trap a number of rodents, but there was one that just would not leave. I kept calling, and Robert kept coming, looking for and patching up any possible entry points. We recently discovered evidence of termites, and remembering our positive experience, we called him again. He came to inspect the situation very quickly. Honestly, he was available to come the next day, but my work schedule delayed us. He arrived to do the inspection at the time he said he'd be there, and the inspection was quick and thorough. He provided a detailed explanation of our situation and the steps he'd need to take to address it. His explanation left us very confident that he knew what he was doing. The next step, soil treatment, was scheduled on the day of the inspection. That day he arrived on time and knocked it out. Some of the work he needed to do involved drilling through our foundation but this left no mess at all. What little foundation dust there was, he cleaned up. We felt the estimate was reasonable, and our final bill was exactly what he quoted us. The guy is super personable, explains everything in a detailed way, and is very efficient.

I researched suggestions for flea treatment/cleaning and realized this wasn't an easy job or anything we had time or patience to take on. I submitted a quote around 10am this morning and Central Coast Termite gave me a call immediately. Greg patiently walked me through the details of the service and quote details. Pricing was better than others I'd spoken to, AND he made it out to our house within 3 hours. I couldn't have been more relieved and we are able to re-enter our house in time for dinner tonight. I cannot thank Greg and Central Coast Termite for being so helpful during this stressful event.
