I stepped into the dressing room to put the pants on so she could mark the measurement, and while I was in there she opened all the tack stitching and pockets on the vest and jacket. I paid her, and then I went on my way. 2 days later I came back for my pants. She had hemmed my pants with MACHINE precision, even though her machine was down! There's also a wide range of brochures you can flip through if you want to plan on the spot. They have free restrooms and an ATM on site, too. If you're looking to book something last minute, their Tour Center (open May through September) is a really convenient option for same-day tours. They also have visitor centers at Berth 2 (open year-round) and Berth 3 (seasonal), so you'll likely run into one no matter how you arrive. This two species is important due to the salmon industry here. It is vital for the industry here to keep the Hatchery function. We see a lot salmon here. Even in the Ketchikan Creek. The salmons are active here. Although the creek mainly spawning the pink salmon, but great to watch. The release of the King and Silver salmon make it more strategic planning. Other than salmon, they also has trout. The Hatchery is free. It great to visit the area and be part of the walking tour.
