When I arrived I was taken back to the IV room almost immediately. The technician was nice and helped me think through the options. I ended up getting the IV that came with the Groupon not upgrading to anything else. The IV included Saline and Vitamin C. Many of the other IV options had a base of a Myers cocktail but this was not available the day I visited. The IV bar opened recently and is just getting started so it seems that they are not carrying the full menu of product yet and they do not have technicians full-time to serve clients on a walk in basis or for quick scheduling. I have visited IV bars before and have been checked on much more my the person administering the IVs. My IV was finished and unfortunately blood started to run back through the tube. I had to grab them and ask for assistance. I will definitely return though as I have been waiting for a place like this to open in Tampa. I plan on updating this review after a second visit.

Not anything like you see online and not even as the business itself describes. While Mikaila was very nice there is just too many things that didn't live up to expectations. Time: the appointment booked was for 60 minute head spa plus the add on foot massage for 10 minutes. The total time of the appointment is on the screen when checking out. Prior to arriving we were told they were running 10 minutes behind. No big deal but I did not expect it to be taken out of MY time I paid for. Your lack of time management is not my problem. Ending my appointment and not even drying my hair to damp as is listed in the description so that you can get to the next person is unacceptable. When I mentioned it I was told I could sit under the heat lamp if I wanted. :-/. I booked and paid for two people and only one had their hair blow dried. We started our appointment at 12:15 and was told to get dressed at 1pm Head Spa : the last thing this was, was relaxing. Nor was it any kind of massage. They have the rain halo which is a draw for most people and only use it for maybe 30 seconds and more as a way to wash shampoo out then as an experience by leaving it there. In fact that was the theme. Turn your head to the right do something for 5 seconds. Now to the left for something else for 5 seconds. Then the middle. Your eyes are covered so you don't know what it is but it felt like different tools from Temu and switching your head back and forth until your neck hurts never staying in one spot for any amount of time. One swipe of your arm is the massage. ONE! The head is scrubbed not massaged. My "foot massage" was just her wiping my feet with a hot towel. No massage took place at all. Not even a little. I wished this was sarcasm but it's not. I'm trying to paint the picture of what I experienced and unfortunately switching up every 5 seconds to some other thing not relaxing is not an exaggeration. Meanwhile all I hear is loud bubbling in my ear the whole time instead of the relaxing music. The main theme should be MASSAGE not cleaning my hair in a rough manner. Where is the neck and arm massage? Where is the soft playing with your hair or lightly massaging your scalp with your hands for a long enough time you want to fall asleep? Where is the added foot massage? I even called ahead to explain my expectations ahead of time and confirm that is what they offer. I do not feel like I got what I paid for at all or what was describe to me. This ended up being an overpriced hair washing and not a good one. I've had a more relaxing head massage/hair wash at my hairstylist before a cut. The worst part is this was for my daughter's birthday. I would have rather spent the money giving her something else. Vibe : the location is a little sketch located in a dirty looking strip mall behind a circle K, but the inside is small and nice. They have one room with two beds for the head spa. One room for something else maybe massage or aesthetician work, and a barber chair up front when you walk in. Communication: nobody answers the phone. There is a text option which is the only way to communicate. Seems like one person manages it so it can be lagging. I can't speak for their other services but for the headspa I would go somewhere else. I hope they read this and take what I've said to heart and find a way to make it a true massage experience as well as find better ways of time management. I did reach out to Mikaila by text prior to writing this review to express how I felt and explain that I did not want to bring it up while there and ruin my daughter's birthday. But that I did want to discuss with her first so my review wasn't a surprise. I also offered to hop on a call to discuss in more detail if she would like. That was the last I heard from her. And while she expressed her struggle with her booking system and it telling me I got an extra 15 minutes for the add on, the bigger issue is the overall experience. Had my daughter not been there I would have actually stopped the service early and canceled the appointment that is how bad it was. I have only done something like that once in my entire life.

The owner has a few other locations in Michigan. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Mark, who I later found out was one of the owners, and Jeremy one of the nurses. Both were incredibly kind and explained their options to me. Once I had completed my paperwork Jeremy took me back to start my iv. He did it seamlessly. After my iv was in Jeremy walked with me as I selected a room to relax in. There were multiple to choose from. I opted for the front room which was bright and welcoming. The couches were comfy and I there was a television for me to watch if I wanted. After I was settled Jeremy hooked my fluids up and I was running. During the infusion Mark and Jeremy checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok. They were beyond amazing!!! I highly recommend this place for all hydration/vitamin needs. They even offer NAD infusions which are truly life changing!!!! I wish I lived closer because this place would be a monthly stop for me. I can't say enough great stuff things it.
