Dr Shelley is so much more than a chiropractor. She is a teacher, educating her patients so they understand both the pain they're experiencing and the method behind her treatment. She even provides homework like a teacher, sending people away with exercises and stretches, empowering them to care for themselves. She emphasizes personal responsibility as a necessary component for long-term health and she equips her patients with the tools to succeed. I have personally referred at least a dozen Vancouverites into her office. We were all sad to see her go when she left for Ontario.
