They responded quickly, got the grill going, but the gas fireplace would not light or respond to the remote. They checked everything to get it to work. So, we went up to the store, and Stephanie showed us some different fireworks. We purchased one we liked and she recommended it. They delivered it and installed it the next day, as it was close to closing time. Kudos to Keith, Mike, and Stephanie for their friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism and taking the time to explain everything and answer questions. The bathrooms are clean with no wait time. I enjoyed looking at the artwork when I entered the bathroom. I noticed there were other products that looked like it belonged to a Hallmark store and fishing store. Buccees has whatever you need and more. The brisket was delicious and I loved the sauce.
