We called them when I couldn't light the pilot or grill. They sent Keith and Mike to check it out. They responded quickly, got the grill going, but the gas fireplace would not light or respond to the remote. They checked everything to get it to work. So, we went up to the store, and Stephanie showed us some different fireworks. We purchased one we liked and she recommended it. They delivered it and installed it the next day, as it was close to closing time. Kudos to Keith, Mike, and Stephanie for their friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism and taking the time to explain everything and answer questions.
