It seems like they do NOT have their management and administration organized At ALL. The office lady was not very nice and had an attitude, no customer service etiquette . With how many landscape and sprinkler companies there are, you'd think they would at least try to treat their customers well, but it is clearly not a priority for them. Do not recommend...find another company who actually calls you back and isn't rude. I also heard through the grapevine that they don't treat their employees very good (unless they're the sons or whatever nepotism is going on there...)
