Within the first week that it had been laid we started noticing scratches all over it. We were assured that it would be good for pets etc. when we purchased it. My husband contacted them to see what could be done about it, and pretty much there not going to do anything. The only thing there going to do is take back the few unopened boxes we have. The boy my husband talked to on the phone was very rude. If your smart you won't purchase anything from them because they could care less about the customer.

They told us they had to cut countertops three times Due to problems. But they never told me of the problems. I had to chase them down to get answers. We waited at home for scheduled work but workers never showed several times. Due to problems we were promised a rebate. It took weeks to get. First they used the wrong address supposedly. Check came back then Fed Ex caused a problem. I finally chased down check at their office. I feel I was lied to several times. Beware if you deal with them. I never will again
