Can NOT recommend this business…read more No one showed. Called owner (Justin) 30 minutes after appointment time, he said his salesman had come and spoken with someone. Told him his salesman went to the wrong house - I was at the home 15 min before the appt time and no one showed. Told him a 'no-show' is a bad first impression, gives the customer doubt the business is competent. Recommended his salesman take map reading classes re: how to find the right address - but that I was willing to try again. Justin said 'I can tell you sound irritated and you are very insulting - I do not think we can serve you." I agreed and hung up. Justin violated every rule of "taking care of the customer' in a single 1-minute phone call! Most definitely not a business that seems interested in growing its customer base, and not a business that deserves customers ... !

He recommended that I wait until winter, when the trees are dormant, before beginning any maintenance work. His crew came yesterday and trimmed a large maple tree, spruce tree, and removed some bushes. I have been eagerly anticipating this for 8 mos. I was delighted when they arrived as stated, were courteous, worked thoroughly, efficiently, safely, and cleaned up after themselves, all for a reasonable cost. I am so pleased that, because of them, I am able to preserve the canopy of my trees for the beauty of the neighborhood, as well as for the wildlife inhabitants that take refuge in them. I hope to enjoy these trees for many years to come. Also, fun fact, after the crew left, I was sitting on my front porch steps and heard a chorus of soft, cooing coming from some birds in the spruce tree. I would like to think they were voicing their approval of the work done, too.

Which they stole and took back to Elizabethtown with them, even after being instructed not to. I have reached out to Robert and other people who worked for him over the last four months and still they have yet to return my property. Finally, he told me he's not gonna bring it to me but I'm welcome to come up to Elizabethtown to pick it up from him. I would not use this company. They actually stole my property.
