They encourage you to use their text messaging system to rapidly and efficiently communicate with the front office staff, however, this evidently did not get through in time to indicate that I would be eight minutes late for my appointment, and they refuse to see me. I've never seen such a stringent late policy, combined with such poor communication. This resulted in wasting almost 40 minutes in back-and-forth traffic across town.

Find where they called me a couple weeks back to confirm and have the voice-mail to prove it. They call me back and say that all of a sudden they had a 3:15 open for him. I think they realized they had screwed up and are trying to get my son in. No big deal, just didn't like them calling me a liar, when I had proof. So I took the 3:15 and was going to show them when, I got there, the voice-mail they left me to confirm his appointment 2 weeks earlier. Didn't make it that far. The rude Karen came out with paperwork to my truck to fill out and tells me to put on a mask, while outside. I told her no, we are outside and didn't see any reason too. Plus, we were eating while waiting. The rude Karen rolls her eyes at me and hands me the paperwork. My wife don't even roll her eyes at me and you will respect me, until you don't then it's my turn to be rude. She says, "You're an asshole". So now I got a Karen rolling her eyes at me, isn't professional and cusses at me. Now, I am going to be a asshole. I told her if you has a problem, we can go elsewhere. She says, "Why are you being a asshole"?. I lose it, now. I told her give me back my license and insurance cards, bitch. This bitch also was wearing 2 masks. One of those type people. I believe you should wear a mask but, not outside and while eating in your vehicle. So I just tossed her pen at her, threw the paperwork back at her and snatched my credentials out of her hand. Karen flips me off and calls me asshole again. I told her if she has a problem my license plate is on the back of my SUV. That made her even more crazy. Flips me off twice and cusses me again. One day we will cross paths again and I can't wait. I don't forget. She needs to quit her job because you are suppose to care in the Healthcare business. I didn't cuss at her, til she did a couple times at me. A real c-word. I know 2 wrongs, don't make a right. But, she has one coming to her and shouldn't be in healthcare with that type of attitude. Karma is a Karen, btw.

Then months later I magically get a bill saying I owe 83 dollars, which was never mentioned before which is very odd. So when I finally decided to pay and schedule another appointment, they said I couldn't due to the 83 bill. Which I would of paid upon visit. So that shows you how uncaring they are, what happened to Dr's treating the sick and injured, before worrying about a few bucks. Horrible service, don't go here unless you want additional charges magically appearing months later. And not supporting out Veterans. Horrible service and staff!!
