This company, reflected by them as in my insurance plan ( blue cross/ blue shield) per my insurer, and as confirmed by them at check in, proceeded to give me an eye exam, then summarily tell me that they didn't take it. They charged me my copay and now I have a bill for that $25 PLUS ANOTHER $125 for being a new patient. I have purchased two pairs of glasses previously and was treated properly. I'll NEVER GO BACK OR USE THEM EVER AGAIN. I HATE A LIAR!!! Is there a zero star rating or maybe -5 stars. These thieves deserve it! read more

Absolute joke of a facility!!!!!! Waited 40 minutes in the waiting room for someone to walk out…read moreinto the waiting room and tell us "the provider won't order an X-ray". We sat and watched the person directly before us go in asking for an ankle x-ray. Also note this was the SECOND Fastpace Clinic we had been to today and waited. I wouldn't send my dying enemy to this shit hole.
