Called to see about getting attic insulated. The office gave me a number for Brad whom they said serviced my area. I called Brad. I explained what I wanted and he said he was "about a week out". Then went to hang up. I said do you have my number and he replied he was going to get it off the phone. Well three weeks went by and no call. I called the Kent Insulation again and was told that they had been in business for 40 years and that's not how they do business. Said they would check into it and contact me back.
