They had to ship the puppy to Lititz, PA. They ship the puppy and all of a sudden the puppy gets held up at the airport. They then have me talk with someone to send $1749.99 to release the puppy! The guy at the airport was Charlie. He hung up on me twice. Would not show me a picture of the puppy at the airport nor would he let me talk to his manager! Would give them no stars if possible. After communicating with them thru email for a week, we set up a day and time for me to come a see the puppy in person. The address they gave me is 2 hours away from where I live. So the day comes and we communicate thru out the morning, and then I proceed to head to the location to meet the puppy and place a deposit. Prior to arriving I communicated with them letting them know my estimated time. Upon arrival communication completely ended. No answer to text or call. I leave and now all of a sudden I get a call back to which once I answered they hung up, and then received a text saying they are out doing paper work. They will lure you in with those adorable puppy faces but don't fall for it! These people are the scum of the earth! They will take your money and leave you with nothing.
