My aunt needed a plumber to handle some on-going leakage issues in her pre-fab'd home. I reached…read moreout on YELP and Isaac responded within a few minutes. He offered to come out the next business day to have a look and provide an estimate. He arrived on time and we found him both friendly and professional. Based on the work needed, his quote seemed reasonable. Three faucets needed replacing and one of the cold water lines needed replacing as well. Isaac returned two days later (again, on time!), with his team of two. He introduced his team and they promptly got to work. After everything was completed, my aunt remarked how she appreciated the team's courtesy. She stated the team represented Quality Innovative Construction well and that they did a great job for her. They kept her informed of any issues throughout the process and cleaned up after themselves once the work was finished. Isaac even created a convenient access panel for one of the hard-to-reach bathroom areas. (Not sure why the manufacturer didn't do that in the first place!) Again, my aunt was very pleased when all was completed and said she's happy to have found a new plumber.....and a new electrician, as Isaac also does construction (roofing, cement, hvac, etc.). I can't Thank them enough. June 3rd, I had a Safe Step Walk-in Tub installed at my resident. The electrician that did the electricial work shorted out electricity throughout my home. I called them several times to fix what they messed up. After calling everyday, they sent three different guys that couldn't fix their mistakes. However, my sister-in-law and brother-in-law referred Mr. Travis McMorris to me on yesterday. I called him and he was definitely a man of his word. He didn't leave until the job was complete.
