We visited their warehouse as we were ordering a large number of balloons for my 16 year old nieces funeral. My niece had passed away very suddenly recently. When we entered the store a lady was stocking the shelves and I asked for some help. She stated she didn't work there would have to speak to staff in the office. After we had hung around in the store for quite sometime. We had walked past the office already.
The office had several women with babies and children running around. I waited in the doorway and was ignored by them. A man then appeared and I tried to get his attention. He asked what I wanted and I started to explain about my nieces sudden passing. Mid flow someone called the man from the other room and he began speaking to them. I felt this very rude whilst I was trying to explain the tragic circumstances. He then turned back to me and said "yes?" I explained again stating I had the mother with me and we wanted to order a number of balloons. He told me to go and wait and he would be with us. As I turned out of the office the women started laughing! We waited a few minutes but they were enjoying themselves in the office and no one came so we left.
During such a difficult time you don't expect such rudeness and lack of customer service or empathy. Will never return!!! read more
