I was referred to Dr. Lui who works here and at Omega Endodontics. I booked an appointment with Kennett for about a week out. Turns out they don't talk to each other and the Delaware office called (I didn't know they were a different entity than Kennett) to see if I still needed an appointment with Dr. Lui - I said I had one booked for "Wednesday" and they said they had not record of it, so they scheduled me for later that same day. They called later and said they had a cancellation for Tuesday (still not understanding they were calling from a different office) which I took (thinking it was Kennett). On Tuesday I had a voicemail confirming Wednesday morning (the original appointment). Confused, because I was literally ready to leave for my appointment they said the appointment was never changed. It was then that it was discovered two different offices were at play. As can be imagined I was very frustrated with both offices. I was unable to make it to the Delaware appointment and declined rescheduling for the following week since I also had the Wednesday morning appointment still scheduled too. I called back and confirmed the appointment. I then discovered a voicemail that had been left an hour later saying that they were cancelling my appointment and should find another doctor since I was rude to the staff.. I was not rude, but frustrated. At no point did they take responsibility for the confusion in the scheduling but rather decided to cancel without their office manager having the curtesy of hearing from me. read more
