The doctor was quick and knowledgeable, also sympathetic. The longest wait was the 20 minutes it took for my son to produce a urine sample. We were in and out in less than an hour, based on my ER visits I thought it would take 3-4 hours. I highly recommend this place.

More concerning was the lack of attention to why we were actually there. We explained my daughter's symptoms and the reason for the visit at check-in, yet once we were seen, they seemed to have no idea why she was there or what we had already told them. That was a huge red flag for me and made it feel like no one was actually paying attention. After paying nearly $300, we were offered very little in terms of help or a solution. We were essentially told to go to another urgent care because they didn't have the test she needed. What made that especially frustrating is that a basic urgent care right down the street did have the test. We only chose this location because it was the only place open that late. If a facility is going to charge this much for an urgent care visit, I would expect better communication, better attention to the patient's symptoms, and at the very least a clearer understanding of what services they can actually provide before taking someone's money. Unfortunately, I would not return.

From 4/1/2023-5/10/2023 my daughter was seen…read morein office 3 times, was admitted to DuPont hospital overnight along with me making several phone calls to the nurses line. She did not receive proper treatment until 5/10/2023. That is nearly 6 weeks that my 2 year old child suffered due to the nurses and doctors in this office. My concerns were ignored and my daughters need for medical care was not timely met. The nurse manager, Bridget concluded this was due to improper training and having new nurses on staff, and poor communication. Dr. Sheree Coutinho, cannot handle negative feedback about her coworkers/employees and truly displayed poor communication skills, especially as the person in charge of complaints for the office. The entire office needs proper training and communication because none of them seem to be on the same page. If you want proper, timely medical treatment for your children, avoid this office at all costs.
