When I called, Rita was very helpful and got me a next day appointment to get my door looked at. She called back and had an earlier appointment available and wanted to make sure that worked for me. It did! Today a nice gentleman shows up in their vehicle to look at my garage door, in the window provided. He confirmed it was the pulleys and though they do carry various items with them he was out of the size that I needed. He didn't want to put a smaller pulley on that would possibly break down sooner at the weight of my door. He also was able to give me an approximate cost to replace the pulleys. He was able to have two techs stop by a couple of hours later to replace those pulleys. They arrived when I was told they would and they also had the branded vehicle and shirt as well. They worked quickly to replace the pulleys. I was able to connect with Rita to pay over the phone. The cost for the service call, which included lubing the door and replacing the 2 pulleys was $200 with tax. I have not at all shopped around on cost so that could be more than the going rate. On a bigger job would I have gotten more quotes, yes. Honestly, even if they aren't the cheapest price it was worth it. The convenience, friendliness and workmanship was worth the price I paid for this job. Definitely make them one of your first calls.
