Sue is the single owner of the shop; she is laid back, friendly, knows her "stuff," and may or may not cut you a deal (such a relief not to hear, "Let me call the owner," when you try to horse trade!) The manager told us about how great it would be to call and have the sofa refreshed after some months of use "it adds value to the purchase etc". We were like, great... paid for the add on. We recently called to set up an appointment for a cleaning and found out that is only for a spot clean... not the whole sofa at all. That was not what was sold to us in detail- such bull crap. Ugh. I won't be buying anything else from them.
