Furnace man told me it was the wrong density (MERV #). I went in to exchange, it was a cash purchase and I'd lost the receipt. I paid $37 for the filter. They said they could only refund $19 in the form of a store credit. Because "policy". Item was new and still in shrink wrap. I will NEVER set foot in a Menards again. Also, their 11% rebate is a joke. They are counting on you to forget. THIEVES!
