The lady that answered the phone she was very nice and said there was availability for a walk-in . I was only five minutes away so this worked out perfect for me. I was glad to be able to be seen in such short notice . Walking in to this establishment everything was clean and very organized. Love the theme of all the stores with the red bright colors . This location seemed much bigger than the Blue Oaks one. When I called I realized this location is at The Fountains shopping center which is always packed and the parking could be tough. I was super glad when I showed up it's not in the middle of all the busy stores it's right across the street from Whole Foods with plenty of parking . Cassie is the person we did my wax service today and she was amazing very friendly and welcoming. Love how she took her time and paid attention to detail . She was great . I will definitely be coming back to this location more often I had a great experience today.
