Have to find a relief, time the trucks right with a 4 hour round trip, & it's just a hassle. The old lady at the front is no help nor does she care. The dentist & staff doing actual work on your teeth are great. Very considerate of you being comfortable, & work with YOU as much as possible, and really kind. The office makes the staff look bad!

They called me the day of the appointment to assure I knew where the location was. The office was clean? Wait time was less than 30 min. Front desk staff were polite & professional. Tami assisted me and did great patient teaching on what was going to be performed today. Dr. Ritter was so friendly. Tami did my cleaning and did such an amazing job, I've had cleanings before, but I have never had one so thorough. She took her time and suctioned every time I needed so. My teeth are bad and they made me feel so comfortable. They referred me to an ortho and overall I love this place. I will tell everyone about this place. The staff was professional, the place was clean, and professionalism was like no other.

Dr. Chase (and his assistant Jasmine), the DCA staff, and the building/lobby/rooms were WAY more than I expected. John was - patient, gentle, deliberate, calming, communicative, thorough, competent, and very good at his craft. Not to mention the quality of my x-rays were the best quality and detail I have ever seen, next to MRI scans. Luckily our kiddo likes the dentist and Dakota Kids helps us keep it feeling like a good experience. The environment is fun and interactive and the spaces are pristine, not to mention a great view from the shared cleaning stations overlooking Minot's hills.
