The clinic is a bit hidden in the plaza, but if you go toward Temple Coffee, it's right around the corner. Once inside, the space felt immediately calming and welcoming, with a cozy lobby that I found very relaxing like a spa. I met with Vann, who listened carefully to my concerns and walked me through a thoughtful treatment plan. She was very thorough in her explanations and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire consultation. We initially discussed treating both my frown lines as well as my masseters (for TMJ), but when the total cost was more than my budget, Vann was incredibly reassuring and helped adjust the plan. We decided to move forward with my frown lines for this visit, and I never felt pressured. Overall, the experience felt thoughtful, professional, and personalized. I was also thrilled to see that Beautycology exclusively features Lira Clinical, which is a plant-based, cruelty-free skin care line made in the USA. If you've never experienced a clinical facial you're in for a real treat with Irish Rivero. Her medical background is a big plus as she is clearly knowledgeable with skin and has a real passion for her work. She customizes each facial to your individual needs and does a great job of explaining each step of the treatment and what product she is using, which I appreciate. Because she's a one woman operation in a small commercial suite, it's a very relaxing experience and one that I thoroughly enjoyed. Irish is so friendly and welcoming! There was no one waiting, and my baby Botox appointments typically take about 10 minutes, so this was really disappointing given the distance I traveled. I also felt uncomfortable being lectured while I was scheduling the appointment initially about my treatment timing when I had already explained I received my last treatment in a different location on my face 2.5 months ago. I completely understand policies, but a small amount of flexibility in this situation would have made a big difference.
