The bottom line from a "real" Yelper is that Steve is the best agent in the insurance business, bar none! Steve cares more about you as a person and not just a number than most of your friends and family do. He makes certain that you have the proper coverages (and not any more than that!) even if he has to talk you out of things you don't need. He also makes sure you know how to deal with the adjuster, what to do, what to say, etc to make sure they don't screw you when there IS a claim. After moving to San Diego, I unfortunately, had to cancel all my policies with Steve because American Family isn't in California. But, just last week, in the middle of dealing with my current insurance company over a flood claim, I called and talked to Steve for almost an hour and got invaluable advice that is probably going to make sure I get my claim accepted.
