I wish I'd done more research before choosing an insurance broker while purchasing my home, but my…read moretitle company seems to be in some kind referral partnership with InsureU Colorado, so I went with their recommendation out of convenience. After combing through my policy with Travelers, I found that my property square footage was listed at over 1,000 sq ft more than the actual square footage of my home with not one public property record supporting this erroneous number. While being overcharged for my premium with Travelers, I made several calls and sent multiple emails to InuranceU Colorado to correct this suspicious error, and I've yet to have any of them returned, although they immediately answered the phone and returned my messages when I was initially shopping for my policy. So, if you find yourself at the mercy of InsuranceU Colorado after a dizzying two-week closing as I did and then require service of any kind thereafter, I suggest you disguise yourself as a new customer if your goal is to actually speak with someone. But, if you forget and mistakenly identify yourself as an existing customer, then prepare to wait--indefinitely.

He dropped our home and auto insurance by $2k+. Neil goes above and beyond for his clients. You will not regret your decision to work with him.

I work for an insurance agency (Not Amfam, I promise) so I know this in's and out's it takes to run…read morean agency. I also know what a royal pain it is when rates go up when you didn't have an accident or have a clean driving record. I literally sound like a robot to customers who call in and complain about rate increases (as they should! Have you seen rates in Colorado? What the HAIL!?). Anyway, AmFam is totally different. More specifically, Robin's agency is different. My rates have stayed steady since I decided to go with them a couple years ago. Mind you, I have a TERRIBLE driving record! My husband's isn't much better. Honestly, the Good Neighbors won't even insure me and if they do, it's $500 A MONTH for ONE CAR! I have 3! At AmFam, my rate is a third of that for all 3 of my cars. Robin's office has done a suburb job of keeping me in the loop with my policies and answering all of my questions. When I need a policy change done, they do it right away and I'm able to get new insurance cards immediately using AmFam.com. I seriously sound like a spokeswoman for AmFam right now and I'm totally cool with that because of how great they have been to me. I always work with Robin, the Agent, which is totally unheard of. She actually just emailed me about my renewal a couple minutes ago. Today is Friday and it's almost 5 o'clock and she is with her team working. The guy I work for played golf all day (he's not a bad guy...he just really likes golf and Friday's). The dedication she has to her clients and to her staff is astonishing and it reflects in her work. There is a lot of care and detail that goes into running and agency and if you're looking for a dedicated agent, here's your woman. I have referred more people to her agency than I care to admit (please don't get me fired) but how could I not with such outstanding service AND price? If you're price shopping, try this office. If they can't save you money, still switch to this office because the service alone is worth it's weight in gold.

Have worked extensively with Karen Steinmark and Scot Humrich at Trust Hall over the past few years…read moreand I give them very high marks for integrity and service. As a broker, Trust Hall tracks and monitors what's happening with all the major carriers. Since the economy turned in 2008, many carriers have been stripping down their policies or making it more difficult to file successful claims - this is exactly the kind of information that Karen and Scot track and share with their clients. For a long time, insurance was a commodity - coverages were similar and price was a determining factor. Today, the insurance business is going through radical changes and consumers must do their homework. That's where Trust Hall shines, and that's why I recommend them whenever I have the opportunity.
