Their showroom has just about every flooring option you can imagine, and Paul took the time to explain the differences between each product, what works best in a traditional home versus a manufactured home, and which materials are best for wet areas versus dry areas. He never made me feel rushed and made sure I understood all of my options before making a decision. Once I selected the flooring, Paul kept me informed every step of the way. He communicated when the order was placed, provided updates on when the materials would arrive, and completed the installation within the timeframe he promised. It's refreshing to work with someone who does exactly what they say they're going to do. If you're looking for honest advice, exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and great communication, I highly recommend Creekside Flooring.

We had a hard time finding someone to do this as there was a great demand for handymen. I found Brandon and he got back to us promptly and told us he would be able to do this work in about two days. Brandon came but was a bit late but had called ahead to let us know of his delay. He said the he and his assistant would be able to get both racks up in a few hours. They completed the work and it seemed fine. Two days ago, 8/31/2022, my wife and I heard a crash in the garage. I then discovered after going into our garage that the rack collapsed. After investigating the bracket that came out of the ceiling, Brandon didn't bolt the bracket through a stud but only drilled through the sheet rock in the ceiling. Luckily it didn't crash onto my wife's car as the front end is parked underneath the storage rack. The items on the rack shifted but nothing was damaged. Attempting to have Brandon fix his wrong, I called the number listed for him and his phone is no longer in service. Funny thing is that his website is still up and running. Weird.
