After a year of looking to add another one to our family we finally found our guy!…read more I filled out the application and within a few days Karen called me and said we were approved for Wally. Karen is an amazing woman that truly cares for these little entities and it shows when you actually bring your new family member home! Her attention to handling everything, vaccinations, spay/neutering, chipping, quality food and their records for you to give to your vet is the most helpful. When I brought our 16 year old Jack Russell, Monty to meet Wally it was love at first site, same with my daughter and myself. Thank you Karen, you have completed our family with the best guy

Wrote a review 8 months ago and here I am again--still 5 stars! Forever grateful for the care here…read more I truly feel like they genuinely care about my pets, especially my guinea pigs. I've taken my girls to two other vets in the past, and I always felt like they were overlooked, even though those places claimed to treat exotics. That's never been the case here. The doctor is patient, kind, and takes the time to really care for every animal he sees. It's honestly so hard to find a vet and staff who make both you and your pet feel safe, heard, and cared for--but this team does exactly that. Thank you to the doctor and staff for everything you do!

All shelters should consider looking through people financial status or something because my…read moreneighbor just adopted a pitbull mix from this shelter on March and the pitbull has really badddd skin infection or something like that. And I told my neighbor to take her to the vet, you know what she said? "I can't afford the vet. money is tight right now" how can you adopt a pet when you're financially struggling the poor dog is scratching in pain. Im sure my neighbor is not the only person out there, my cousin works in the vet hospital and tells me issues from clients just like my neighbors . I get it that pets need homes and rescue from being euthanized but cmon really? Don't put yourself on adopting a pet knowing you don't have the money, it's dumb and selfish, putting the pet in hope of happiness. This is also why pets end up going back to the shelter.

I spent hundreds of dollars on two pets that were made to seem mine, but it was apparent that when they arrived to my home with the dogs, they had no intention of leaving them. These people hide behind their self righteous beliefs of saving animals lives and finding them forever homes when they're really discriminating against people and protected classes.

My dog went to his grooming appointment today. He is a medium size dog and from our experience with…read moregrooming visits, it easily takes 3-4 hours for his service to be completed. We paid for the deluxe grooming package which includes: bath, haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, scissoring feet and pad shaving, teeth brushing, sanitary trim, and anal gland cleaning. With this entire package and hearing from past groomers that he is not the easiest dog to groom, we received a message stating he was done in 2 hours and 15 minutes. Unusual from our experience! When we picked him up, we had to go back inside to ask them to do more sanitary trimming. Additionally, when we came home, our dog had poop stuck to his butt, but did not poop after we picked him up. So, did they even give him a bath? I doubt it because he didn't even smell clean. We also needed to use our dog trimmer to try to clean him up more. Seems like a waste of money and won't be going back.

I love priceless pets I think their staff is very friendly and they know the animals very well…read moretaking them on walks everyday multiple times. Each animal has a name and description with them. They have cats, dogs, and rabbits. I had the chance to walk a couple of the dogs when meeting them and ask the nice manager questions about the animals. I will be back to visit or volunteer. I know it's a shelter and the animals can get dirty but I do think a couple of them needed a bath but otherwise it's a great shelter with love for the animals. They do their best rescuing from other shelters. All the animals are super friendly I think that goes with caring for them each day they are good with people. My friend got his dog Remy from here and he's the best pup in the world. Would definitely recommend. The white bunny Sam has been here for a year they said she is a white bunny with red eyes and so very very sweet. If anyone is looking for a bun bun she was a really sweet bun.

We were sitting in the car outfront. She was then told to leave and escorted toward the door. The staff member, Denise if that is her true name was beyond rude and disrespectful. There was no sign posted stating that minors were not allowed inside without an adult. If there is such a policy, it should be clearly posted and communicated respectfully instead of embarrassing a child. I was also disappointed with the condition of the facility. There was a strong odor of urine throughout the building, and it appeared dirty during my visit. This is the third time we have visited and it always is the case. I understand businesses may have policies, but customers--and especially minors--should be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Our experience instead was met with dispresect, unprofessionalism and even hurt my child's feelings. I would never recommend this location for anyone. In my opinion the owner/ manager should definitely terminate or prevent this worker from ever working there again.
