It has always been a great experience working with them, and they really do work to find you what you need based on your experience level, through extensive testing and an interview process. Each assignment proved to be challenging, without being too overwhelming, and I was able to go to school and work with Kelly to find temporary employment in the summer months. I have never worked with Kelly Services but I have to say my initial contact with them was horrible. I applied online and then was immediately directed to call them. I called them and for 10 minutes they tried to sell me on going back to school. I repeated, I don't know how many times, that I was looking for part time work period. I was very very disappointed in their tactics and I would be surprised if they actually emailed me with any jobs in my area. read more

I didn't like my experience working through Kelly Services. I worked for the Branch off in Cordova and I worked for a company called Cartus Relocation. It was, at the time, called Primacy Relocation. I was two days before going permanent and I had been made to work off the clock by management there as they were so backed up. The manager would meet me and others every day and hand us folders of work to do on our way out of the building. I was always complimented on my work but I knew this wasn't right so I called up to Kelly Services to complain. The recruiter sounded genuinely shocked and said she would 'handle it' and thanked me for calling. I was fired the next day. No reason given. Two days before I was scheduled to go permanent and the managers had all told me I was scheduled to be placed on permanent. I was terminated because I reported 'wage theft' and Kelly Services was complicent in this. They did not care. It was a huge contract for them and they weren't about to stand up for me.
