OK. I was trained on, I guess everything in terms of writing code, working with whatever level of usergroup you'd like to have, thing along those lines. This was working for a couple of large organizations the were based in Washington DC area. That was some, what, 30 or 40 years ago and I think it world still work today in some terms, well any terms. I guess I could find coders and system builders here in Connecticut. I was still using the basics that I learned in the late 1990s and early 2000's. Hmm.. it would be something interesting to try again. I'd probably almost work myself to a breakdown again but the work was the most satisfying thing I did and I'm more that sure I could do it again with people who are of the same bent still. You'd need to have people who are of the same mindset to do it. Hmm. the complexity of the system would be up to the end users but it can still be done. Just make sure that the rules don't change as the project does. You need to have the right people.
Explaining the ratings. back in the end of the 1980's we built these things on mainframes. That was the size of the resources you needed then. Now you can easily do all these things on a phone or pc .. jeszzzz.. just about anything.
