Gia Lucchetta was recommended to us by a family acquaintance and we took her advice as we lived in Mississauga, and the house we were selling was in Guelph. As is typical of human nature, I often write notes of complaint but rarely notes of great service ... for Gia, her team and their service, I had to take the time to write a 'thank you'. Gia offered everything we expected; fast efficient follow up to our initial request and later to any request we may have had; prompt meeting to discuss listing the house; prompt and efficient listing of our home on MLS and in local advertising. She also offered services that we had never been offered before such as a weekly update of the email requests they have had about the property as well as a weekly detail of what they have done to sell the property; a listing of the showings AND feedback from those that had gone through the home. Our home sold in just over forty days ... slightly over the 'average'. We did not have pressure from Gia to lower our price at the time of listing, nor did we get it as the weeks were passing by. Thank you Gia, Charlene, Josee and everyone there! Your service was superb!
