I first used her services to rent my property in Martinez and then after one year she helped me sell it. Listening to Laurie's professional approach, which is both ethical and realistic, I was able to sell my property for a very high price. I appreciate Laurie because she is very moral and honest, she is not only guided by the desire to satisfy her client's needs but also cares about the future owners of the property. Some realtors cut corners and could care less if the new owners are satisfied or not, Laurie wants everyone to have a great experience and goes above and beyond to please everyone without ever lowering her very high customer service standards. She is very responsive and timely.  She directed and guided me through the entire home selling process. Her communication was excellent and I was always informed of the next step in the progression. There were quite a few offers on my property, Laurie provided me with her expert opinion and outlined each one and expertly guided me to the offer that was the perfect fit. I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Laurie. She possesses top notch negotiating skills - the final sale exceeded my expectations in terms of price, conditions of sale and timeliness.

She is the epitome of poise, professionalism, likability, high EQ and high IQ and mostly, a genuine kind person. Extremely competent and meticulous. Hands down the best buyers realtor we've ever worked with. She found us our dream home, walked us through every step, recommended handy man, pool company, electrician, etc. She is like ChatGPT in human form. We absolutely adore Maichee. Second, Renee White was our selling agent. She is truly a boss lady! She knows real estate inside and out, and can probably sell just about anything. She's so charming and funny, yet so professional and "on top of her game" at the same time. Her entire team (Darlene, Michaela, Issac, etc) are all wonderful. They basically took charge of our house, made the necessary improvements, strategically got as much foot traffic as possible. Our house was sold very quickly to the perfect buyer. It was so seamless for us. We are so grateful to have found both these beautiful ladies to represent us. It doesn't get any better than these two!

She also has a strong mortgage lending background, so she was able to fluidly explain additional details of the lending process to us. 2.) She was not at all "salesy." Not once did I or my fiancé feel that she was trying to convince us to consider a home that we were not interested in. Instead, she patiently received our feedback and implemented it into the showing of the next site. Angelica always reassured us that she wanted to find a home that we were confident AND excited about. We both felt like a priority to her, and are so grateful to have been able to work with her.
