I was here yesterday with my daughter. Overall, I don't think Vee is friendly or has an inviting personality. I would ask her questions regarding the piercings and I would get short responses more so like irritated responses. Not much real eye contact with me when she spoke to me. So this is how potential customers get treated. I asked for a piercing yesterday but her schedule was supposedly filled up. Even though my daughter was her only customer at the time. It's fine in hindsight I didn't want her negative energy handling my ears. I'll definitely look elsewhere. The service fee is $10 which is ridiculous. There's a little sign that says tips are appreciated. Lol... the service fee is your tip!!! Music was way too loud as well. read more

If you're a non-white person I would not recommend coming here. From the moment I walked in I was unfortunately met with very cold and confused stares. Both Vee and the other woman at the front desk were visibly confused that a non-white person was coming in for service. I had communicated with Vee (who pierced me) beforehand and she obviously wasn't expecting someone with melanin to show up. Everyone's energy who works here was awkward, rude, and distant. I kept the peace just to get through the appointment and was very kind. Little did they know I felt their negative energy the whole time! read more

I met the owner, he looked at a piece two other tatoo shops had been working on, and let me tell you it was a mess. Rob did an upstanding, professional job. He is taking a fairly large piece I hated and making it into a beautiful piece. I will never get tattooed by anyone else ever again. Also V the piercer did all my dermal piercings and she is by far the best in Berks county. She did a few of mine on my ear to. Love her, love Rob, and there is not a better or cleaner shop in berks county. read more

I got an eyebrow piercing here and I couldn't be happier! Vee was professional and courteous and the shop had all around great vibes. The place was very clean and organized, and they even carried the aftercare spray I needed to buy! Vee was precise and quick with the piercing, and explained the process beforehand and the aftercare instructions when she was done. Seriously one of the best experiences I've had in a shop. I wish there were more than 5 stars! I've been going to Rob (the owner) since I was 16. 12 years later and he is still the absolute best and he's the only person whose ever tattooed me. I have several tattoos and an arm sleeve. The WHOLE staff is incredibly friendly. The whole atmosphere is welcoming. The artwork and talent is out of this world. Sai was so off her game she could not finish my sleeve took over 5 hrs for touch up coloring when it should have been 2 or 3 max not even. Now I have been messaging her for a yr to schedule the finishing and she doesn't get back for 3 mths at a time then says the days she has and it's another few mths before she replies again to set a time. read more

I had tattos done by artists in Lancaster Pa and in Savannah Ga. I wanted some lettering done and was concerned about who to go to here in Reading. I heard about this new place opening up and that the artist had a very good reputation. I only got a small cursive word and my partner got bigger block lettering.They came out great!!! Bryan who specializes in lettering did an amazing job! The owner was working on a man's larger color piece and that was also done expertly. I would recommend them for all types of tattoos. They do piercings to but not really my thing so i cant rate that. read more

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for three people to get a tattoo (I told her the designs we wanted, with the most complicated being an arrow with a name inside and the other two were no more than words). Lady on the phone (Si, or Aly, according to dude inside) told us we did not need to schedule an appointment because there would be two people working and to come in early. We got there and we decided to have one person get the tattoo here in the interest of time. He said we needed an appointment and, when I referenced what I was told yesterday he called her, and turned us away. If we needed an appointment, that should have been clearly communicated, rather than letting us drive out to be rudely turned away as if we were children who didn't know the common courtesy of making an appointment. read more
