I also noticed that he now has an ear infection and his gums are bleeding. I asked for him to be groomed the day I picked him up but the grooming was subpar. I feel like an awful dog mom taking him to a place that barely noticed him limping. My little boy is hurt from this place!

Having two separate areas for the dogs, big and small size, helps too so that pups stay in their weight class. Winni loved going to Four Paws, and each time came home and crashed from all the fun. Four Paws was also very accommodating with a Pup Bus when I could not get her to daycare or home. She got loose and was lost in the woods for two full days. My dog sustained injuries to her leg, paws, and belly. The owner claims my 6 lb. dog bit her husband, which resulted in him dropping her. If you look at the pictures of this man, you have to laugh. Again, my dog weighs 6 lbs. She is terrified of everything, which I'm sure her searchers can attest to. She has never bitten anyone before, and she certainly didn't bite any of the heroes who brought her home. Furthermore, I brought two leashes to this facility, and neither was used. Thanks to the kindness of strangers, my dog was found. The owner did not apologize once for putting my dog in extreme danger, ruining our vacation, and causing my family extreme stress. She also has not contacted me to find out how the dog is doing. If she disputes anything I have said above, I have the text messages to prove that everything I have written is true. This facility should be shut down. No one family should have to go through what we have experienced. The only good thing to come out of this is the realization that there are angels everywhere. Complete strangers worked relentlessly to bring my dog home. For that, I am eternally grateful.

We told everyone we knew after that first session that we would have paid the full fee if that first session was the only session. Our golden retriever, Huck, was quickly renamed by our friends and family as "good boy Huck" for his rapid transformation. We can now take him into just about any situation with a relaxed mindset and confidence that we have control over him on, or off the leash. Rob's no-nonsense approach put us at ease and simply worked. Our private lessons took place at our house, a couple of other locations "in the world" and ended with dog introductions at his house with some of the board and train dogs. I scheduled an appointment…read morefor a dog that I had concerns with for the following Wednesday, I call on Tuesday to see if I can get medicine ahead of our appointment to which they agree however, I found out that my appointment for 830 had been canceled and they rescheduled an appointment for later in the day. There was some confusion as to the time of which that appointment was reset for and upon my arrival found out that I was late and while moving rooms, I mentioned that I had not received a copy of the urine report I was then accosted by the secretary, who raised his voice and continued to yell at me for several minutes after asking him more than once to lower his voice. He then stated I don't know you even come here The doctors don't even like you to which I got very upset and left without my dog being seen and now have to go to the ER. This is not my first bad experience with them as I had to insist multiple times for them to increase the antibiotics or do a culture on an elderly dog last year to which they refused to do anything about until she developed a mucousy discharge from her vagina resulting in Sepsis which concluded with having to have the dog put down, she was old, however, proper treatment the wishes of a patient is paramount. I asked for culture cultures for weeks if not months for that dog and they never did it. Do not go there if you care about your dogs this veterinarian is strictly for updating vaccinations, rabies shots and that's it. I would not take a dog with any health concerns to this place.
