It's clear that they schedule a visit with everyone that shows interest but will give the property to the first person thats gives them an offer. This has happened to me multiple times now and I think I'm done trying with them. If you're interested in one of their properties your best bet to claim it is to give them an offer right away without looking at the place first. In my experience it is pointless to schedule a visit with them.

Doug neglected to do so and my bank denied the deposit due to mismatch name. I contacted Doug and asked them to update the name before reprocessing. He responded and said "It should be okay, it is still you" after I showed him my bank denying it for mismatched name. So he processed under my old name for a second time, completely disregarding me telling him he needs to update it. It again, gets denied. So I ask him if I can come pick up a check and he claimed the funds hadn't been returned yet. He said he would be processing a CHECK under the correct name once returned. I waited a couple of days, contacted him yet again to change my name and he immediately reprocesses it for the THIRD TIME under the incorrect name after telling me he'd have a check sent to me under the correct name. I have reached out FOUR times to have this remedied and now I am getting no response. Extremely unprofessional. Looking into legal action.
