Lee Thomas is very nice in person. He is very rude on the phone. He does not answer the phone 90% of the time. When he does answer the phone, he acts like you are a bother to him. He is by far the worst realtor I have ever rented from. It takes forever to get into a home and he never wants to deal with the issues at the home after you move in. He likes to say that the previous tenants did not have that issue and you must have caused it, so you will have to pay the first $50 of the repair. He is also supposed to do a walk thru before moving in and moving out. He does neither with you present. After moving out he goes in to inspect and finds problems that were pre existing and blames them on you. He will also take you application and run your credit and tell you that you are approved and set a date for you to come in for the signing of the lease and he will rent it to someone else before that date and then not answer your call on the day of the appt. read more

She has a pleasant demeanor and is patient through the process. My first home purchase, she came highly recommended through an associate. After an exhaustive search, she came through for my wife and I. At the time of our search, we weren't living in the area, so scheduling was difficult but she accommodated us. Five years later, my wife and I were in the market again for another house. I made the mistake of using the services of another agent through another company. Even though the other agent was highly recommended, I found that her services and knowledge were lacking. I happened across Stephanie and we started up with her again. I was happy that we reconnected again as Stephanie's knowledge and expertise came through once again. We bought another house using her services and are pleased with the results. Even though she is not native to the area, she doesn't show it . She is well versed in the entire process. I highly recommend her services.
