We met with Ruth Covington. She bascially recruited us. She was well prepared for showing homes. She was flexible in meeting with us to show us homes and always came with 3 -4 others we might be interested in. She kept us up to date and in constant contact through the whole process; from looking to buying. She kept us prepared in what to expect and how to negotiate. We did not have a good experience with Keller Williams. They had our home listed And allowed a buyer in to see the home alone with no agent present in a $775k home. I asked why and was told they were" very busy". I tried to speak with this broker and he was dismissive and uncaring. read more

Bought a home from an agent at Keller Williams after locating here from another state. Anyone buying a home should really really research the agent. This agent miserably failed, obviously did NOT do her job well. Multiple issues brought to light AFTER the completion of the sale, that has cost money and also have bearing on a resale of my home . I had a very bad experience with Joey Crews earlier this week. He was very unprofessional and rude to me. He disrespected me to the max and i think this needs to be brought to someones attention. How he is a "team lead" i do not know. I have NEVER worked with an agent so rude and treated me with the UP MOST disrespect in my life. So please do not give him the SATISFACTION of going here,and getting paid, as agents do get commission. He will be nice at first, but if he feels there is tooooo much work involved he will become rude. i only give it ONE star bc i feel bad for the other agents in his office and i dont think that they are as rude read more
