He seemed excited about our property and promised to follow up with a marketing plan, examples of drone videos, etc. We are disappointed to report that it's been 2 weeks since that meeting and we have not received any communication from Justin. If he decided he did not want our listing, we would have greatly appreciated the courtesy of a phone call. Justin's lack of communication has added an unnecessary delay in the time-sensitive process of selling our house.

Hard to get a hold of during reasonable hours (her favorite time to respond was midnight!), consistently lied to me about "Georgia Real Estate law," threatened to quit representing me and yelled at me over the phone. Always told me about the sellers' marital problems and fights they were having. Made it very clear she is working for the Seller, and NOT getting paid by the buyer (which was me, who she was supposed to be representing). Save yourself the stress and do NOT let this UN-professional "represent" you when trying to buy a home!

Thankfully I found Keyrenter! Dana and her team really exceeded my expectation. Our old PM couldn't rent out the place even in the peak seasons, never visits onsite, forget repairs, and was not responsive. On the other hand, Dana's team was able to find a tenant in about a month, right before the holiday season when market started to slow down. Bailey went out to show the unit, and was on top of everything while our unit was vacant. Dana's team is easy to reach, call or email, and very responsive. Everone is super nice. I didn't think I'll find a PM who really cares and work hard for my property, but I did. If you don't want to worry about your property, and constantly manage your PM, I'll definitely recommend Keyrenter Chattanooga to anyone who's looking for PM.
